weather.boldcrow.ai is a small, free experience by Bold Crow. It shows an animated valley that follows the sky where you are. By using it you agree to these terms.
We estimate where you are from your IP address, using the GeoJS, ipapi or ipwho.is services. That gives a rough city-level position, which is all a sky needs. If you have already granted this site precise location in your browser, we use that instead; we never ask for it. Your approximate coordinates are sent to the weather and place-name services below and are not stored by us. If no location can be found, the page shows a default city instead.
Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo and used under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Place names come from the BigDataCloud reverse geocoding service. Forecasts are approximate and refresh about every ten minutes. Don't plan a mountain crossing around them.
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Bold Crow is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from inaccuracies in third-party data.
The valley illustrations and animation are © Bold Crow. Please don't reproduce them without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above tells you when they last changed. Questions: [email protected].
